After hearing from industry professionals and comparing codes of conduct across careers, student teams research and present on a professionalism topic, such as workplace attire or social media reputation. They analyze case studies using an ethical decision-making framework and perform role plays on current ethical issues in their career field. Finally, each student develops a personal code of ethics and presents it to potential employers, school counselors, college admissions officers, or scholarship committees.
