Students set personal health goals, craft “Healthy Mind and Body” action plans, and put them into practice, tracking their progress and documenting their reflections in a journal. Teams develop and support action plans for clients and consolidate their learning into a best practices guidebook for setting and achieving personal health goals which they distribute at a community health fair and/or publish online as an ebook or website.

The pacing for this project may vary greatly depending on the length of time allotted for students and clients to work on and track their health goals. Once that phase of the project is complete, you can resume with the remaining milestones.
