Students will work together to investigate key concepts in genetics, understand the principles behind genetic engineering, evaluate the benefits and concerns related to GMOs, and develop evidence-based arguments that they share in a community education forum/town hall meeting. This project enhances students' understanding of genetics and their ability to engage in scientific discourse.
