PBL is an area that is lacking in online education. While there are many innovative curriculum designs out there, from game-based learning, to CTE and Technology courses, many of the courses are not true PBL. One reason for this is that most online curriculum is not collaborative in nature. Andrew Miller, BIE National Faculty, will share his experience with creating PBL projects, both aligned to curriculum already created in the course, or fully constructed by the student themselves.
